How can I track my shipment?
We’ll send you a USPS tracking number as soon as we ship your candle out, up to about 1 week after order confirmation. We can’t wait for you to receive your candle!
Q: How quickly will my orders ship?
A: Most orders placed will be shipped out within 48* hours from when you placed it. You will receive a notification email along with a tracking number of the shipment.Â
Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping is calculated depending on the weight of your order. We offer the lowest shipping rate starting from $3.99 (1 lb) and $4.99 flat nationwide.Â
Q: Is it safe to put my credit card information on here?
A: Absolutely! Our servers are highly secured and verified by GeoTrust and we do not store any credit card information in our systems.
Q: What if my item is damaged or flawed?
A: We guarantee the highest quality in our Birthday Candles. But in the case that a damage does happen, we are glad to offer a refund for the return shipment**. Please contact our support team at Orders@Nextlevelnovelties.com.

Check your inbox for your tracking number from USPS. If that ,Doesn’t answer your question? Call USPS directly at 1 (800) 742-5877, but make sure you have that tracking number on hand. RETURNS ANDÂ EXCHANGES
What do I do if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order?
Oh no! We’re sorry that happened. Shoot us an email at support@Nextlevelnovelties.com, and we’ll make sure your issue is fixed.
My candle came damaged. Can I exchange it?
That’s a bummer. Send us a picture at support@Nextlevelnovelties.com and we’ll take it from there to get you a new candle.
How can I return or exchange my order?
We can only take returns or exchanges for unburned candles still in their original state. But we want you to be happy with your order — please reach out to support@Nextlevelnovelties.com if you have any issues.
* During holidays and busy seasons, there may be a delay to when the orders will be shipped out.Â

Can I send this as a gift?

Can I include a gift receipt?
Yes — there’s no price information on the packing slip, so you won’t need to worry about your recipient seeing the price. You will be able to include a gift message during the checkout process that your recipient will see when it arrives!
